Our focus at WeekendBrisbane.com.au is to provide information about Brisbane events and activities to locals, so that you, like us find all the amazing things there are to do and attraction to see in this city. From bbqs in the park to markets and more around the region.

Some of our current highlights in the website are

Our What’s On Brisbane Events Calendar -This is the core of our website, and we hope that you find it useful on a weekly basis. We encourage anyone with an event to submit it into our calendar (it’s free!) for extra coverage. We want to see all events a success in Brisbane.

Brisbane Markets Map – On the weekends we are busy travelling from market to market taking photos and exploring what they have to offer. This map is a collection of all the markets so far that we have reviewed and we hope you enjoy.

Brisbane Parks Map – Similar to the Brisbane Markets Map, we check out parks in the Brisbane region, write a review, take some photos to share with you. Letting you know what a park has to offer, the highlights etc, collating them all on the Brisbane Parks Map.

Brisbane Radio Stations – If you have ever wandered which station to listen to, we have collated them in one spot with links to each Radio Station’s website and also where available links to listen to the radio station live online.

Public holidays and important events calendar – This is the secondary calendar on the website, which aims to highlight important events and activities locally, nationally and internationally. If you feel we are missing something, send us an email and if we deem it to fit in the general idea we are looking to achieve, then we will add it
